Are there delivery or set-up charges?
There is no additional charge for most of Knox County and Johnson City. Outside of these areas, set up and delivery charges apply.
What do I need to do to serve?
Petro’s will set up a self-serve buffet and then come back and pick up the equipment at the conclusion of your event. We can provide a server, if you desire, for a nominal charge.
Do I need to provide ice?
Ice Bites™, our “crunchy ice” will be provided at no charge.
How will I pay?
Petro’s accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMX, checks and cash. Your paid invoice will be processed and mailed to you on the date of your event.
How can I arrange a catering?
Simply phone the Catering Office and give your dates and requirements to our catering department.
Are there other menu selections besides Petro’s and
baked potatoes?
Petro’s has several options available—salad bars, specialty salads,
soup, garden petro’s, hot dogs and low-fat/fat-free items. We’d love to work with you to establish a customized menu for your event. Petro’s will strive to accomodate special dietary restrictions (several heart healthy options) and will work closely with you to meet the needs for everyone attending your event.
