Dear Educator,
Once again, Petro’s is offering students incentives to succeed in the classroom, since encouraging children
to excel in education is something we strongly support. Over the years, Petro’s has partnered with
the area schools to help keep our students excited about learning, awarding children certificates for
classroom excellence, perfect attendance and efforts in the library. The program is designed so that all
schools will have the ability to reward the achievements most important to their students and staff. The“Academic Achievement” certificate may be used to reward students for their grades, conduct, attendance,
reading, or whatever area of achievement the student deserves recognition.
Over the years, we have had some abuse of the certificates, so it is imperative that the certificates
be completely filled out (student name, teacher/school name) and signed by the
teacher/administrator in order for the certificate to be redeemed. We are committed to these students
and look forward to rewarding their efforts and hope that this policy will not be an inconvenience
to you.
Participation in the Student Rewards Program is simple. We will be ordering certificates based on the
orders we receive from the schools. There is a simple order form online at www.petros.com or fill out
the attached fax form and fax it to Petro’s Corporate Office. This form will double as your mailing label,
so please fill out all information clearly. In order for us to be able to get the coupons back to you in time
for the first grading period, we must have your order in before August 31.
We hope your school will be participating with Petro’s Student Recognition Program. It is exciting for us
