For the last 15 years, Petro’s has encouraged students and staff with incentives for learning. We’ll be awarding certificates to the primary grades (K-3), intermediate (4-5), middle school (6-8) and high school (9-12).
It’s easy to participate.
Step 1: Estimate the number of certificates your school will be awarding for the entire school year. We only mail out at the beginning of the school year and have a finite amount of certificates. Orders will be fulfilled as they are submitted. Deadline for submissions is September 6, 2011.
Step 2: Fill out the form completely, and please include a contact name and email address should we have any questions. If you are an elementary school, please indicate the certificates for primary and intermediate grades. Our goal is to mail your certificate to your school in time for the first grading period. Requirements for certificates: They MUST have the student’s name on the certificate. There MUST be a signature from the teacher/administrator. The student MUST be present for the certificate to be redeemed. We are looking forward to partnering with your school and hope to spur your students on to a higher level of acheivement!
